ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively pursue revenue objectives generated from selling TelePacific services to their defined user base of small/medium size businesses.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism as representatives of TelePacific to the business community during all phases of customer contact from pre-sales activity to post-sales account management.
- Prospect for new business through cold and warm lead generation.
- Present professional solutions to customer's specific telecommunications needs utilizing TelePacific' products and services.
- Participate in sales and technology training.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
(A) Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a degree in business administration or a related field, and
(B) Five (5) years of experience in Direct outside sales, or
(C) Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral, written, time management and presentation skills.
- Ability to persuade or influence individuals using oral communication skills.
- Must be capable of balancing between fulfilling customers needs and meeting company expectations and goals.
- Knowledge of computer and word processing systems and programs.
- SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Should have a number of possible sales contacts.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED
Personal computer, including word-processing, database and spreadsheet programs; calculator, telephone, copy and fax machine.
