Warehouse Manager/Supervisor

Description Do you have experience working as a Supervisor of a Shipping/Receiving Department or an entire Warehouse? Are you looking to start a great new career with an established company?

Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager on 2nd shift. This position is located in the Madison area and offers a strong salary and excellent benefits!! Candidates must have experience supervising a team of shipping/receiving professionals and ensuring the timely shipment of outgoing product. Experience training new employees, scheduling employees, hiring/discipline, performing general maintenance of the machinery, and working with customers/vendors is essential. Candidates must be certified in operating a variety of forklifts/lift trucks, have excellent communication, strong leadership, and a proven ability to keep incoming and outgoing materials well organized. Candidates for this position should also have a strong Inventory Planning background and have experience working with other department leaders to coordinate schedules Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen is also important. This position also requires a 2 year technical degree and preferably someone with experience working in a union environment. APICS Certifications are a huge plus!!
