Description Chesapeake Energy is seeking Top Drive Technicians. The professional will have the following responsibilities: installing, repairing, and maintaining Top Drives and related equipment. They will also maintain Siemens, ABB, and Unico Variable Frequency Drive Systems.  The candidate should be willing to assist with some electrical work when needed.
 
Top Drive Technician positions are all land based and within the continental United States. The position can be located in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and the Appalachian region. Top Drive Technicians work a schedule of 2 weeks on and 1 week off.
 
Formal training with VFDs is highly desired.
Requirements
  • Professional certifications and training are considered a plus
  • Formal training on VFDs is highly desired
  • Prior experience working as a Top Drive Mechanic or Technician is desired
  • Ability to travel, as needed, to locations to service and repair equipment
