Description Manpower Professional has a great opportunity for a Part-Time Project Coordinator.

Initially three days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Flexibility to work additional days as requested based on project and workload requirements

Primary purpose of the position is to support client marketing program implementation.
  • Key tasks include but not limited to coordination of mailings to field and customers, preparation of internal documentation for program review and tracking and occasional meeting events.
  • Creates and maintains systems to monitor project status, budgets and timetables through the use of specialized software applications
  • Program and project support includes but is not limited to logistics coordination, communication management, internal/external relationship management, budget management, system administration and data management.
  • If meeting planning then individual maybe responsible for securing of meeting space, contracting for hotel space, contracting transportation, reserving and setting-up facilities, and manage materials/inventory required for each program.
  • Budget management includes tracking expenses related to the program, paying invoices, and implementing cost saving methods to keep programs under budget.
  • Communications management includes drafting and disseminating written communication to program participants, managers, presenters, and leaders.
  • Administer systems and manage data by reporting data, managing data entry, utilizing data to draw conclusions and make recommendations (ie. PeopleSoft for people management and tracking or Saba for managing training records).
  • Manage projects by adequately tracking the status of project deliverables and maintaining and updating the project plan.

    Knowledge:
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word processing, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting/calendar coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and handles issues and requests.

  • Technical/Computer Skills: Competence with word processing, people management systems, learning management systems, and budget systems
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to translate moderate scale project/programs into manageable details
  • Strong interpersonal skills - develop and maintain relationships
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Competence with Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Saba, SAP, Prodagio, ELMO, Workforce Analytics, Microsoft Project
