Chicago Tribune Media Group is seeking an outside sales/business development representative on the Recruitment advertising team. In this results-driven role, you will be responsible for growing active accounts as well as securing new business through building relationships with advertising decision makers. Your focus will be on selling recruitment advertisers solutions with the Tribune product suite including Chicago Tribune, Careerbuilder.com, Chicagotribune.com, Redeye and TribLocal.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Liberal Arts or equivalent related experience in Marketing and/or Sales. Candidate must be analytical, highly motivated, persuasive, and have strong oral and written communication skills.
Typically requires a minimum of 3 years experience in Sales/Marketing or related field.
Requires proficient selling, presentation, time management, computer and mentoring skills.
Requires outside contact and the ability to entertain and travel to customer sites and industry functions. Requires a valid driver's license and vehicle.
