Description The Outreach Assessor provides telephone and walk-in risk assessment
and crisis intervention, initial/on-going contact with referral
sources and potential patients, coordinates the referral and intake
process, determines appropriate level of care, facilitates the
admission process.
Requirements This position requires a Master’s Degree in a behavior health
field and willingness to travel. Three to five years of prior intake,
assessment, admission and crisis intervention experience with a
psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient
setting is required.
