Description Position Summary :
CarePlus Pharmacy, formerly PharmaCare Specialty Pharmacy, a division of CVS/Caremark, is seeking an experienced pharmacy technician for our location in Columbia, SC. Hours are Monday through Friday 8-4:30. Closed weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include filling pharmacy orders, assisting in the processing and shipping of prescriptions and telephoning patients for refills requests. Will also coordinate patient and provider contacts as well as PA assistance and COB.
Requirements Qualifications : 2 years pharmacy technician experience; National Certification preferred.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required, National certification as a pharmacy technician preferred.

Experience : 2 years experience as a pharmacy technician filling prescriptions.
