In your career as a Financial Advisor - Inside Sales you'll be contacting and interacting with current and prospective clients via telephone, building deep and meaningful relationships with clients, recommending/selling products and services via the telephone to help our clients meet their financial goals.

You will be responsible for:
Driving business results through creating and developing client relationships
Gain an understanding for & analyze client needs
Use a consultative approach to sell products & services to address client needs
Network with others to introduce them to the Ameriprise Financial Solutions
Previous Sales experience, relationship building experience or a financial services background
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 licenses and state insurance licenses, or the willingness to obtain them through our company-paid training and licensing program
Ability to pass a pre-employment background verification and U-4 FINRA verification
Must have a flexible schedule with ability to work some evening hours
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
College degree
Have comfort and confidence in networking with others
Other Skills and Abilities:
A high level of confidence and a strong drive to achieve and succeed
Prioritizing multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Interest in and an initiative to proactively help clients solve their financial needs via telephone.
