Description The primary responsibility of the Inventory & Pricing Coordinator (IPC) is to coordinate the execution of the store's pricing strategy.  The IPC will proactively look for opportunities to work with margins and help drive profits through setting and maintain fair and competitive pricing and manage and control all elements of the store inventory.

Requirements
  • High School degree, College degree preferred
  • Strong familiarity of general pricing principles
  • Posses a vast product knowledge of products along with a willingness to learn
  • Understand the flow of merchandise
  • Direct sales and inventory experience with retail inventory
  • Experience in a retail environment either in pricing, sales, or back office.
  • Skills/Knowledge: Excellent quantitative and computer skills
  • Understanding of database management and data analysis is a plus
  • Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word, Excel, and Access
  • Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, ability to multi-task, and high attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time
  • Move and handle boxes of merchandise throughout the store
