Position Description:  
This is a new position designed to support the OptumHealth Behavioral Solutions ALERT outpatient program in managing outpatient utilization. In this role, the individual provides data specific to performance improvement, production, claims data, program development and maintenance.

Requirements Qualifications: 

• 3 years of experience designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports
• 3 to 5 years experience creating and running queries in a reporting software such as Hyperion or Crystal reports required
• Advanced - expert skills with both Excel and Access
• 3 years of demonstrated understanding of both utilization and claims data
• 3 years experience working in a healthcare environment
• Must be able to work independently and have strong QA and documentation skills
• SAS programming experience preferred
