Assistant Controller

Description Classification: Full-time

Compensation: $110000 to $130000 per year

Our client, a semiconductor company seeks an Assistant Controller to join their existing dynamic and expanding team. This company is exciting, innovative, and always promoting within! This is a very stable, yet hugely growing opportunity. They have over 20 years in business with growth year after year. They are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and who is looking for a long term fit.

Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller include but are not limited to the following:
• Oversee SEC compliance
• Understanding of accounting operations
• Good written and verbal skills

Compensation is 110-130K

Requirements Ideal Qualifications for the Assistant Controller Position:

• 5 years out of Big 4
• CPA preferred
• Straight out of public preferred
