Job Description: Produces new business processes or analyzes and makes improvements to existing processes. Leads small teams through timely and focused project execution. Acts as technical and cultural change agent and internal consultant for process improvements. Utilizes formal process improvement methods to enable change management cross-functionally around designated processes. Applies statistical analysis and organizational analysis to make recommendations and development measurement system and metrics. Prepares and conducts presentations as needed. Executes tactical solutions and assists with new product/service rollouts.
Job Requirements:
  • Effective analytical and statistical analysis skills
  • Effective problem solving and project management skills
  • Basic presentation/facilitation skills
  • Business acumen/education: ability to define business requirements
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines while handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work with complex details
  • Advanced PC skills including use of word processing, spreadsheets, process mapping, and presentation software
  • Strong aptitude to learn and work with Windstream systems
  • 2-3 years of process development experience
    Desired Qualifications:
  • Project management experience
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Familiarity with Windstream system and business objects
  • Visio software experience

    Minimum Requirements: College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years professional level related experience with 2-3 year supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
