Requirements
High School diploma or the recognized equivalent with a strong desire for professional development and continued learning
One to five years of customer service experience in a high-contact, service-related environment
Minimum of one year of call center troubleshooting experience is strongly preferred
Minimum one year of technical support troubleshooting with ISP or other experience is highly desirable
Above average PC skills in a Windows environment
Excellent telephone skills with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information and directions in an organized and concise manner
Ability to maintain professionalism in highly stressful situations and adapt quickly to change
Ability to seek solutions for customers in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required
