The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:

Consultative and strategic approach to building customer relationships
Professional attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energy, enthusiasm and ambition to flourish in a sales career
Patient, resilient, unrelenting with an independent entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to meet goals and deadlines and proven follow-up skills
Progresses through our training program (Raymour & Flanigan University) gaining product knowledge and sales solutions
Comfortable with computers and the ability to learn new programs
Accountable for your own success within a team environment
Dresses for success in a showroom environment, and if necessary, ability to lift 25 lbs.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, holidays and occasional evenings)
Desire to succeed within a revenue-driven atmosphere with unlimited earning potential
