Description Hours per week:  Full time 0.9 FTE 70 hours/pay period,

Shift:  Nights 7 on / 7 off

Prepares medications ordered by physicians and monitors patient reactions to prescribed medications. Performs order review, order entry, admixing IV's and prepares unit dose medications for units. BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree required. Must have current IN Pharmacist license. Previous hospital experience preferred.
