RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all maintenance work at the Crossett, AR Chemical Plant.�The successful candidate will:

  • Ensure that work plans and resource needs are identified and available to the approximately 18 maintenance employees before work is initiated
  • Prepare and distribute reports to permit meaningful analysis of maintenance work performed
  • Ensure that the production areas receive prompt, effective and quality service from the maintenance organization
  • Ensure that all maintenance employees have the opportunity to perform at a high level of effectiveness

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
  • A technical diploma or college degree is preferred
  • Requires at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Prior experience in a maintenance planning and scheduling role is preferred
  • Experience with the MP2 computerized maintenance management system is preferred
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel is preferred

  • Demonstrated commitment to working safely and a willingness to embrace a culture of safety & compliance excellence
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Utilize strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize work with the proper sense of urgency
  • Working knowledge of industrial plant processes and equipment
