Verify, validate and maintain the accuracy of the Inventory and the Inventory adjustments within Ottawa Campus. Control the creation of adjustments, validate and reconcile the impact of these adjustments on the Financial, Merchandise and Warehouse systems.
Has direct impact on the Financial bottom line of the Ottawa Distribution Center, including the reconciliation and replenishment store locations.

� Involved in implementation of new warehouse management systems and the verification and validation of interfaces at selected Ottawa Campus Distribution Center locations
� Create and update the documentation of procedures and processes to ensure accuracy is maintained.
� Travel to designated Distribution Centers to verify procedures for maintaining inventory accuracy and continuous communication and training with these centers.
� Inter-department communication and generation of daily, weekly and monthly reports, in conjunction with the Department Manager.
� Implementation and continuous review of daily cycle count processes. Includes development of data bases, or systems to maintain results and verification that inventory adjustments are applied correctly.
� Designate and develop strategies for additional cycle counts (vendor issues, receipt issues, etc. that would be necessary.)
� Verification of the accuracy and integrity of the replenishment stores for selected Ottawa Campus locations, M & O Retail and Web inventory reports.
� Review, evaluate and validate the adjustments and entries into the reconciliation stores for M & O Ottawa Campus business models (Retail and Web) and the financial impact of store balances.
� Daily Reconciliation and analysis of the Balance Reports for M & O business and or selected Ottawa DC Locations � highlighting the differences and discrepancies between the PKMS and IP system. Develop and implement recommendations based on the analysis of the reports.
� Investigation of errors on the Balance reports and resolution of system issues, review of file groups, pix adjustments and final decision on corrective action needed.
� Responsible for the supervision and training of the non-exempt Audit staff - review of daily results and the impact of results on Incentive program.
� Develop and maintain Inventory Data Bases which documents all transactions, counts and adjustments that were performed by the Carton Audit associates.
� Designate and control the reason codes and validate the adjustments created in the hospital zones within the distribution center.
� Responsible for the verification of Shipping accuracy results for selected locations and authorization for adjustments or clarification. Documentation and presentation of results and impact on the Incentive program to DC Inventory Integrity Manager and/or management staff.
� Justification and communication with Finance area, including Inventory Control, on status or impact of adjustments to inventory balances.
� Planning, preparation and execution for the Yearly (6 month, or continuous cycle count program) inventory reconciliation process for selected warehouse locations, coordination of information with Manager and Analysts.
� Review of Vendor Compliance issues that may impact Inventory Integrity, co-ordination of Information and suggestions for improvements.
� Presentation of accuracy results for review by the DC Inventory Integrity Manager /management for selected locations.

AUTHORITY:

� Supervision of DC Non Exemept Audit Staff. (Auditors)
� Verification of two sided increment adjustments and impact on store locations
� Hiring, discipline and training of non-exempt associates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

� Bachelor�s Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, or related field.
� Four+ years experience in logistics or material management.
� At least one year experience in warehouse management
� Prior managerial/supervisory experience.
� Knowledge of IP and PKMS warehouse systems; AS 400, Excel, Cognos and Access preferred
� Extended travel - US and Canada
� High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
� Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills
� Strong verbal and written communication skills
� Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
� Ability to work with and influence senior management
� Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
� Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
