For the experienced channel sales manager with proven results, QAD is offering an exciting opportunity to work with our established channel partners and be an integral part of the success of a sizable piece of our business. We view our channel partners as an important extension of our internal sales team and your job will be to manage those relationships and ensure their sales success by providing excellent support, training and motivation. In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, you will be compensated on channel partner performance. This position has the flexibility of working from home and may be based either in any major city with an airport, but preferably New Jersey, Boston, Chicago or southern California with up to 40% travel.

As our Channel Sales Manager, your mission will be to grow and manageour existing channel partners to adequately address the marketpotential in the assigned territory by ensuring their teams have all ofthe resources and support necessary. Your proven solution sellingtechnique will allow you to assist our channel sales personnel inclosing difficult sales or potential high volume customers. You willwork with with the regional sales VP, managers and sales teams to forma synergistic team by managing the activities and deployment of channelsales personnel assisting them so that they achieve and surpass salesgoals and priorities. Your software sales and account managementexperience will allow you to asses the business within our existingcustomer base and present account growth plans as well as createaccurate sales forecasts for those customer accounts. Proficiency in aCRM, preferably Salesforce, as well as Microsoft Office will enableyou to easily keep accurate records and create activity reports as wellas Excel spreadsheets.
