Description Responsible for responding to inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring client and member satisfaction with products and service. Coordinates with client manager and client service executive to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted. Keeps client manager informed of account status and opportunities for expanded business. May make on-site presentations to existing and prospective members to educate and inform.

  • To provide excellent customer service to the Sales distribution channel for CIGNA Healthcare and to respond to external requests for information using analytical skills to respond in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Ability to analyze, audit and develop recommendations to achieve the "best in class" relationship with this distribution channel.

  • Consistently demonstrate strong planning, organizational and time management skills.

  • Data entry and maintain all fax transactions, systems reports, profiles, etc. into an *Access tracking database.

  • Educate and drive compliance of administrative policies and procedures to our matrix partners (Sales, Underwriting, Billing, etc.).

  • Assist others on the team or department with workload balancing or projects as needed to ensure deadlines and standards are met.

  • Identify procedural problems and make well thought out suggestions for improvement..
  • Requirements *Proven organizational and analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a stressful environment.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Acts independently requiring minimal direction.

  • Team player.

  • Results oriented with attention to detail.

  • Basic math skills required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word & Outlook)..
