Adecco Engineering & Technical is a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals. Our office specializes in Direct Hire and Contract to Hire technical careers within the northwestern Pennsylvania area.
One of our Clients located in Erie, PA has an immediate, contract to hire, possible direct hire, opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales Person.
Job Description:
This position is responsible for maintaining the existing customer base within a territory and for developing new business. Developing new business does entail cold calling and prospecting for potential new clients. This position does involve some travel to customer locations and trade shows.
Candidate Requirements:
Our client is looking for someone with a technical degree; Chemistry, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or Biology. Experience in Water Treatment is considered a definite plus. Minimum of 1-year technical sales or outside industrial sales experience is required. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle many tasks at the same time.

Client has implemented the following guidelines:
1. As this is a contract to hire assignment, the client will not assist in any relocation.
2. You must have the correct documentation to work in the United States for any employer
