SFDC Administrator

As TriNet’s SFDC Administrator you will operate within the Sales organization, to better understand, scale and improve business process and the applications in place to support the organization. You will work closely with the business to capture user requirements, define business processes, and manage the relationship with internal and external resources in designing, testing, and implementing software solutions that meet the business needs. This role is an excellent opportunity for a business analyst to demonstrate a mix of both business and technology skills in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

Job Duties

• Proactively identify, develop and implement application solutions, enhancements, and system integrations that meet business requirements.
• Based on analysis, recommend specific and actionable solutions that can
• be implemented to address issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Support the sales department by taking full advantage of custom built functionality in Salesforce to manage their business processes
• Develop analytical reports for management review
• Review, develop and execute project plans to address user requirements.
• Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues.
• Configuration management,
• Manage development projects with internal and external resources
• Provide proactive best practice guidance to the global user community and team members to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com.
• Manage data integrity in all aspects of Salesforce.com other dependent systems

Job Requirements

• Experience aligning business process requirements with technology
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator required (Developer highly preferred)
• 2+ years developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, S-Controls, Javascript and the AJAX Toolkit
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Project management skills: Ability to effectively management and prioritize projects
