ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS: + Candidate should have a bachelor’s (master’s preferred) degree in Food Science, or related field and take a hands on approach to the development process. + Experience developing food service products + At least 5 years of experience working cross functionally within R&D, QA, Marketing, Culinary and Production + 7 – 10 years application experience + Experience working with Foodservice accounts + Good knowledge of ingredient functionality + Experience taking new products from concept through to test and final implementation. + Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills. + Be able to travel 40% We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
