Requirements
- BS degree in Chemistry, Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a chemical or industrial settings.
- Provide technical direction and execution of critical environmental programs.
- Experience with process MACT programs – HON, MON, GMACT, LDAR
- NSR and Title V Permitting including emission estimate experience
- Agency Interface with on-site regulatory inspections and permitting functions
- Other beneficial experience in SARA, stack testing, ISO14001, NPDES, RCRA, and CERCLA and other standards related to various Federal and State agencies.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Proven track record of leading organizational changes and program implementation.
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate individuals teams and interact cross-functionally.
