Description PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary position. Interacts directly with prospective and current residents. Handles resident relations and routine resident issues. Maintains communication throughout the tenancy of the resident. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or some college coursework desirable. A minimum of one year of sales/leasing experience is preferred. Basic arithmetic skills necessary. Customer service background desirable. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills necessary.
