Join us as an Bi-Lingual In-Store Banker
We are looking for Full Time Bi-Lingual In-Store Bankers to join our new location in South Oklahoma City. The candidates will need to have flexibility to work the hours of Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Alternating Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Sundays 1 PM to 4 PM.
These positions are primarily responsible for:
- Retaining and expanding customer relationships and solicits new retail business from existing and prospective customers by offering bank products and services while maintaining service standards and transaction responsibilities
- Marketing in-aisle and by phone, Bank products and services
- Participates in monthly In-Store promotions through creation and implementation of promotions
- Performs all regular teller transactions such as receipt, disbursement, and recording of monies
- Consistently meets or exceeds the customer's and prospect's expectations
Qualifications
Previous banking experience is a plus,
but�not required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of bank operations and/or retail sales operations
- General knowledge of consumer lending and regulatory requirements
- Excellent sales skills both in person and via telephone
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously, and to gain information from individuals/customers
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in order to balance accounts
- Working knowledge of PC; good 10 key skills
- Good interpersonal and team building skills
- Must pass a profile assessment with a score of 70%

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associates Degrees in Business related field or 3 years equivalent experience in retail sales, customer service, or teller operations. Preferences: Self-motivated/goal oriented; General knowledge of retail banking products, services, and delivery systems
