Mon-Fri 5 hours per day flex schedule (hours worked between 9am-5pm)

Job Overview - Basic Functions and Responsibility Essential function(s) include, but are not limited to:
TRC Scheduler/Coordinator is responsible for executing daily and weekly workflow plans.
Primary Activities
  • Monitor and track attendance including call outs, vacation, sick and personal.
  • Communications with management across multiple organizations and daily/weekly scheduling of employees to ensure proper staffing
  • Daily tracking and reporting of 24/7 TRC services activities
  • Provide supervisors and managers with timely, accurate reports as established for the department.
  • Perform regular audit/test calls to on-call TRC service

  • Requirements Experience Guidelines
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
    Business Competencies
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong P.C. skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to continually focus on multiple tasks.
  • Commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
  • Team player with other disciplines in the work place.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Excellent performance for at least six months in current position.
