Description Queens / Manhattan Territory Bilingual Chinese Speaking Account Executive
The primary focus of this position is to sell credit, debit, check, and gift card processing solutions along with other merchant services products to regional and small businesses. This is accomplished through referrals obtained from a strong working relationship developed with your bank partners and other referral sources complimented by effective self sourcing of potential merchant sales opportunities. Duties include: regular meetings with assigned bank partners to enhance product awareness and generate creative ideas and tactics to increase the frequency and quality of bank partner referrals, ensuring accurate, timely, and professional responses to all referrals and other merchant or bank partner inquiries, developing and delivering concise and effective presentations to bank partners and prospective merchants, appropriately pricing products and services, providing field support to existing merchant customers within assigned territory, participating in new product and sales skills training, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned revenue target, and always representing the First Data values of embodying the highest ethical standards and treating others with dignity and respect.
Requirements Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of formal education and work experience in a similar role. Effective written and oral communication skills are required along with an intermediate level of competence using MS Office suite, email, and the internet. The successful candidate will have proven sales, relationship management or account management skills by demonstrating a prior history of meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets, other quotas or goals. Prior experience demonstrating success through self-sourcing and a consultative business-to-business selling of a complex suite of products and services is preferred. Proven ability to develop referral partners to assist in generating a lead base is preferred. Banking and/or bankcard industry experience is a plus
