COMPANY: $1B+ publicly held distribution & manufacturing company w/ great stability and environment
LOCATION: Inland Empire Area
POSITION: Accounting Supervisor/Manager to a staff of 8
SALARY: up to 85K max
JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong Accounting Supervisor/Manager in terms of technical accounting and people management to oversee cash and intercompany group. Reorganize the cash department to ensure processes are efficient and cash balances are properly stated. Oversight of the treasury function.
  • Strong experience with intercompany transactions, reporting, eliminations for a high volume large organization. A background in acquisitions is a plus.
  • This would be a “right hand” person to the Corporate Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller
  • Someone who could be a no-nonsense manager requiring people to change and improve their performance. Will be dealing with a group that really needs to be monitored and pushed.
  • Big 4 CPA is strongly preferred.
