Description
Raymond Handling Concepts is seeking an experienced customer and technician-oriented Service Dispatch /Front Desk Administrator to assist our team at our Stockton branch! This position will take incoming branch and service calls, and route calls and field technicians appropriately.
Front Desk responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- answering phones
- sorting and distributing daily mail
- assistance with travel as requested
- assisting with any event planning
- other office assistance as required
Dispatch Administration responsiblities include but are not limited to:
- Taking calls from customers, accurately and strategically dispatching field technicians
- Communicating with technicians via two-way radio
- Providing R/O numbers on the computer
- Processing technician time cards and following up with techs on inaccuracies
- Filing
- Completing on-line computer reporting as requested
- Other duties as requested
This position requires extensive detail orientation, great organizational skills, flexibility, and clear and efficient communication with customers and RHCC employees. Multi-tasking skills are critical in this position.
Additionally, this requires a person with a "very kind and positive" but "assertive" personality. This person must also demonstrate a "can do" attitude in order to assist the various personnel at this branch. Some overtime may be required.
Requirements
Qualified candidates must have at least 3+ years prior office administration experience and answering a multi-line phone system in order to be considered for this posted position. Prior dispatching experience is a plus. Must be able to type at least 35 wpm, be able to file records accurately and demonstrate clear, accurate and professional verbal and written communication skills. Must be computer literate and be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Additionally, candidates must be able to operate standard office equipment (such as phone systems, faxes, copiers, etc.)
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Required level of experience in office administration and/or dispatch administation is required for consideration of this position. Hourly wage request must fit within posted hourly wage for consideration of resume for this position. Position will pay within the posted range and is determined by assessed level of experience.
Physical requirements include but are not limited to:
Ability to answer phones, communicate clearly via phone and two-way radio, hear with or without aid, sit for long periods of time, type, sight with or without aid, bend, lift up to 35 lbs periodically, stoop, push, pull, reach and grab.
