$12.00 to $14.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a contract Help Desk/Technical Support position, expected to last through March 2010. The responsibilities of the position will include answering incoming calls and emails, for internal customers, for a compliance product for insurance companies. Issues may include software environment, server and/or desktop environment. As this is a customer-facing position, excellent communication, documentation, and customer-service skills are a must. If you have these, as well as strong PC, server, and application troubleshooting experience, please apply immediately!

Requirements
Candidates should have 2+ years professional computer/application troubleshooting experience, preferably in a help-desk role, basic knowledge of Citrix, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, MS SQL Server, and intermediate knowledge of Windows XP/95/98/Me/2000. Candidates must also be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
