Description Position Summary : Facility is located in Milford, MA. This position is responsible for supervising the Patient Services Representatives within the branch facility. Overseeing day-to-day activities, HR and as a company resource for the PSR staff. This position also interacts closely with the pharmacy, operations and reimbursement departments as well as staff at various treatment centers and physicians. Answers calls from and communicates with customers or caregivers to review inventory levels of product and supplies. Documents and communicates medical problems or service issues experience by customer to appropriate clinician or supervisor. May assist pharmacist in generating labels and packing medication and supplies based on State Pharmacy Regulations.
Requirements Qualifications : 2 - 5 years demonstrated successful performance as a supervisor is preferred. Supervision experience in a call center environment desirable. Previous experience working in healthcare or pharmacy preferred. Stong communication ability and customer service focus. Must be able to create positive work environment, collaborate with others and communicate effectively with internal and external entities.

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor Degree preferred.

Experience : 2 - 5 years supervisory experience in a call center, healthcare, pharmacy or reimbursement setting strongly preferred.
