Description
  • Job Summary: Primarily responible for overall daily operations for Pharmacy Services at Saint Francis Hospital, Laureate Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital & Clinic, Springer Clinic, and Natalie Ambulatory Surgery Center. Establish performance standards for members of pharmacy staff. Develop appropriate Policy and Procedures to assure organizational compliance with regulatory agencies. Promote cost-effective pharmaceutial utilization and quality of care initatives to enhance patient safety and positive outcomes.Education: Graduation from accredited school of Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, DPh will be considered.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Current Oklahoma Pharmacist License (or eligible)Work Experience: 3-4 yearsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and within a team structure. Knowledgeable of Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Word. Good verbal and writing skills to promote effective communcation, promote team building and staff involvement.
