ACCOUNTING - BILLING SPECIALIST

Description Ice Miller LLP , a full service law and professional services firm located in downtown Indianapolis, has the following immediate opening for professional candidates. Accounting – Billing Specialist Seeking qualified candidates for a Billing Specialist position in the Accounting Department. Candidates must have an understanding and/or experience of accounting functions. The position consists of all billing for the Firm including but not limited to; personal, insurance, audit, 3rd party, billing retainers, electronic invoicing, application billing and follow up with pending or late invoices. Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to learn new tasks quickly with minimal supervision, attention to detail, excellent oral and written skills are required. Computer proficiency with knowledge of Word, Excel and Access also required. Prior experience with the Elite billing system preferred.
