ANALYSTS - Washington, DC or Chicago, IL

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking qualified individuals to provide commercial loan due diligence services. The Analysts will be responsible for reviewing loan asset files, extracting data, and organizing/imputing the information into a database. This position will require the employee to travel and work on site (to be determined location) potentially without much advanced warning, for several weeks at a time.

ANALYSTS - Washington, DC or Chicago, IL

This position is temporary and part time in nature and will be paid on an hourly basis based on contract assignments. Temporary employees are not eligible for Jones Lang LaSalle benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct or assist with an on-site commercial real estate loan file review
• Provide an assessment of servicing operation
• Organize documents
• Maintain an inventory with asset deficiencies noted and reconcile data discrepancies
• Assist senior professionals with the analysis of loan databases and gathering of loan/asset information from the database, credit files, loan files, and other sources
• Scan, reproduce and deliver documents

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience / training
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with loan records
• Basic knowledge of real estate accounting, and finance
• Ability to travel Monday-Friday, based in Washington, DC or Chicago, IL
