BOILER ROOM SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
���������� Supervision of the boiler operation to produce steam for the plywood plant
���������� Leading and reinforcing safety, excellence and overall compliance with applicable rules, policies, and regulations
���������� Responsibility for the quality, productivity, cost efforts, and maintenance activities at the boiler
���������� Coaching operators on troubleshooting, operating and improving initiatives to achieve maximum asset capability
���������� Teaching and adhering to the MBM� Guiding Principles

EDUCATION:
���������� High school diploma required
���������� Technical or Bachelor�s degree in an engineering field preferred
�
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
���������� Minimum of 2 years experience in boiler operation
���������� Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
�
KNOWLEDGE-SKILLS-ABILITIES:
���������� Strong leadership and coaching abilities
���������� Communication, planning and organizational skills
���������� Troubleshooting skills required�
���������� Must have solid computer skills with experience in programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.
