Description Job Details:

  • The pharmacy technician assists the pharmacist and other associates in the day-to-day pharmacy operation. This position works under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, and is also trained in the preparation of IV sterile products. High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of ASHP approved Pharmacy Technician Training Program preferred. Previous IV sterile preparation experience required. Licensure: Registered with the Tennessee State Board of Pharmacy required and Certification with PTCB required.
