Description Currently seeking a Global Metrics Applications Developer in the San Bernardino, CA area.The Application Developer will to the following:

 

  • Assist the Support Services Global Metrics Program with the design, development, updating and maintenance of various existing and future applications, including highly customized SharePoint (MOSS 3.0) sites and workflows, and an existing Rich Internet Application (RIA) based on Adobe Flex, Microsoft SQLServer, and ESRI’s ArcGIS Server technologies.
  • In addition, this individual will work as part of a team to accomplish effective change management of the incumbent Customer Relation Management (CRM) solution, the incumbent Computer-Telephony (CTI) solution, and other key Support Servivces systems.

  • Primary responsibilities are for the ongoing development and maintenance of an existing Rich Internet Application (RIA) based on Adobe Flex, Microsoft SQLServer, Genesys CTI, and ESRI’s ArcGIS Server technologies.

Requirements The requirements for the Global Metrics Application Developer

-Strong background in Microsoft SQLServer, including experience creating SQL Stored Procedures.
-Experience developing RIAs using Adobe Flash and/or Flex technologies.
-Experience developing UI components using MXML and ActionScript 3.0, working knowledge of Tomcat, and experience interacting with server-side systems using web services, Java, BlazeDS and remoting.
-Familiar with the standard software development cycle, and should be able to develop software specifications and identify technology gaps.
-Familiarity with any of the following technologies is a plus: Genesys, Pivotal, SalesForce.com.
-Experience customizing SharePoint (MOSS 3.0) using SharePoint Designer and/or Microsoft Visual Studio.
-Troubleshoot HTML, JavaScript and CSS issues.
-Ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively within a team environment.
