PipeLogix Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of software in the Water/Wastewater Industry is looking for an individual to join our team as a full time Software Support Technician.
Duties:
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve customers’ inquiries regarding PC based software and hardware problems.
• Logging of all support incidents
• Customer installation and support of software and hardware
• Testing, troubleshooting, and identification of bugs and enhancements related to hardware and software
• Training users as necessary
• Assist with office duties; answering phone, shipping
