Manufacturing Engineer Job
Immediate need for a Hydraulic Engineer III with a Worldwide Manufacturing Company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for hydraulic technology standardization and development, and technology competence development
- Specify cost effective and reliable hydraulic components and systems that meet machine requirements and therefore customer requirements
- Support Product Maintenance Team to help solve field issues
- Support P&SM (Purchasing & Supply Management) should there be hydraulic issues with suppliers
- Acts as a consultant to the business on topics related to hydraulics
Requirements
- B.S.in Engineering
- Must have minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of mobile equipment hydraulic components and systems
- Strong understanding of Vehicle dynamics and physics
- Understands how hydraulic components and systems interface with electrical components/systems and mechanical systems are used in machine
- Deep knowledge regarding hydraulic systems in motor graders
- Highly knowledgeable about accelerated life-testing of hydraulic elements
