Floor Monitor / Call Center Positions
AM Supervisor- Monday through Saturday 8:45 am to 1:15 pm
PM Supervisor – Mon – Friday 4:45 pm to 9:15 pm & Saturday 8:45 – 1:15 pm
Main Responsibilities-
Call monitoring
Assist in developing and training new and current employees
Completing call evaluation forms
Monitor production and performance metrics
Motivate associates to reach daily / weekly / monthly goals
Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and laws are followed at all times
Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good example of attitude and performance
Main Requirements-
Basic computer knowledge
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of telemarketing experience
Prior supervisor or team lead experience not required but preferred
Must be professional, dependable, independent, and disciplined
Must be self motivated and persistent
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to motivate people based on individual personalities and goals
Must have reliable transportation
