The Finance Manager Marketing reports to the Retail Controller. This position is responsible for having a clear understanding of our marketing spend our competitive position in the market, and the growth and development of our brands and categories. In addition this position is the main Business Partner for finance with the Marketing team.QUALIFICATIONSRequires a 4 year college degree; major in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred. Also requires a minimum of 5 years working in a Business / Commercial Finance environmentAbility to work effectively across all levels of the North American business and within cross- functional teams.Achievement-oriented financial professional with diversified experience in accounting, financial planning, business support, performance reporting, and financial analysis. Strong PC/spreadsheet skills, excellent multi-tasking and organizational aptitudes, and proven ability to influence business partners.
