We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, goal oriented sales professional who will aggressively seek contracts in the Birmingham area. This position is responsible for exceeding or meeting monthly sales goals by maintaining and growing the customer base; utilizing sales techniques to up-sell to current customers & cold calling on prospective customers; preparing proposals to bid on new jobs; delivering presentations; negotiating prices & other job proposal terms; and developing & maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. The sales territory is: Birmingham/Montgomery/Tuscaloosa/Auburn

 

A college degree is required. Three to five years experience in business to business sales with a successful track record. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good MS Office skills. Strong negotiation, mechanical comprehension, and reasoning skills are necessary.
