As the Technology Services Engineer, you will be viewed as the consultant in field repair solutions for digital products/systems by customer and organization; and apply established policies, procedures, and past precedents where applicable to resolve and make service recommendations and decisions.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Implementing solutions to a wide range of difficult or complex service problems, supporting the entire range of company products.

  • Consulting with external organization resources or supervisor on extremely complex or unique situations.

  • Conducting workshops/seminars on digital systems or product technology and application for less experienced associates to help improve their proficiency and effectiveness in the application of diagnostic techniques and solutions.

  • Working with limited supervision and Independently determining methods and procedures for new work assignments.

  • Possibly serving as a team member or team leader within own work area or on a cross-functional team.
  • Requirements Qualified candidates will possess:

  • 7 or more years of directly related digital repair and maintenance experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

  • Electronics training or experience

  • Novell (CNA or CNE) Microsoft (MCSE or MCITP) Cisco (CCIE) or CISSP, Comptia A+, and Net+ Certification

  • Advanced level understanding of company products, specifically digital products, component parts and their application

  • Effective oral and written communications skills

  • Solid analytical, time management, teamwork, customer relations, and organizational skills

  • Advanced level understanding and application of diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics
