As the leading U.S. Franchise operation, Cruise One with more than 500 independent cruise-only professionals, and Cruises Inc, the nation's original host agency network with nearly 500 independent contractors is currently recruiting for an experienced Franchise Sales Developer. Located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, the Franchise Sales Developer will be responsible for the overall marketing and sales of the CruiseOne franchise system and the Cruises Inc. Independent Host Agency program. Candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals and continuously growing the network of CruiseOne franchises and Cruises Inc. Independent Affiliates. The Franchise Sales Developer will produce incremental revenue through outbound sales calls and inbound leads in order to meet annual recruitment quotas.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

�Developing and qualifying leads. Responsible for the day-to-day administration of personal resources in order to achieve the recruitment goals set for the respective brands.
�Basic duties will include Utilizing a CRM to follow-up on incoming leads generated by both traditional and e-marketing activities.
�Phone prospecting; Setting up initial appointments to review program specifics ; Obtaining needs and business objectives of the prospect and recommending the best option for the prospect;
�Preparing and presenting sales proposals and closing contracts.
�Collaborate as needed with the recruitment administration staff to insure smooth franchise disclosure and agent contracting process.
�Responsible for the sales process of CruiseOne franchises and Cruises Inc. Independent Affiliate sales
�Meet and exceed recruitment goals established for both CruiseOne and Cruises Inc.
�Research, respond and work all leads received by, web, e-mail, writing, and Trade shows
�Make outbound sales calls to potential CruiseOne franchise owners and Cruises Inc. Independent Affiliates.
�Work with Manager of Network Development to set sales goals, track progress, and monitor revenue for new members.
Requirements Qualifications:

�Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
�Excellent presentation and sales skills
�Excellent public speaking skills.
�Able to travel when necessary.
�Must be goal and business oriented.
�Must be a self-starter who looks for opportunities to assist management and staff in daily activities.
�Excellent written and oral communication skills.
�Must have exceptional follow up skills and excellent organizational skills
�Must be assertive, decisive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
�Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
�Proficient in Microsoft Office � Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet as well as internal CRM and other tools.
�2 years previous travel industry experience �Franchise and or Consortium sales experience preferred
