Finance Manager (ETC)

May perform one or more of the following:
Electronic Toll Collections / Transportation experience
Must have a B.S. or B.A in Accounting, be a licensed Certified Public Accountant and maintain their CPA license for the duration of the Contract. The proposed Accounting Manager shall have a minimum of seven (7) years of financial and accounting experience. This should include five years of experience with the preparation of financial statements according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and at least three years experience in a management or leadership position overseeing accounting operations including the preparation of financial statements in a high volume Transaction processing environment.
Good client relationship skills and experience managing service delivery contracts with SLAs and deadlines required. Ability to operate in a high paced environment with numerous stakeholders.

Special Requirements
Employment will be contingent upon contract award if successful. RFP requires proposed staff be committed to the program and must be present during any interview stage of the selection process.
