Description Job Purpose/Objective

The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for helping to develop the CRM Strategy and to execute this strategy. This position is responsible for all aspects of customer retention and customer experience improvement programs. The specialist acts as primary liaison for the assigned customers to provide information on products and services. The specialist will work in collaboration with other business units and the Sales/Marketing team to ensure comprehensive and best in class sales and service.

Essential Functions

•Exhibit behavior and performs job in a manner which supports TeamPraxis’ vision and values (teamwork, excellence, attitude, and mutual respect as well as cooperation, responsibility, initiative and leadership).
•Help establish policies and procedures related to the corporate network/server management
•Establish performance matrices for the customer experience and the effectiveness of CRM efforts
•Provide the feedback and guidance to the organization related to customers’ feedbacks
•Perform any other projects or tasks when assigned
•Must be willing to respond to customer’s concerns in a timely manner
•Maintain accurate customer data within CRM Tool
•Maintain regular contact (via telephone and in person) with assigned customers in accordance with company CRM efforts to introduce company products, evaluate customers’ needs and build customer loyalty
•Anticipate customer needs and potential areas of opportunity; takes proactive steps to ensure a positive outcome
•Represent the company at designated industry events/meetings
•Leverage understanding of the healthcare market and relies on interpersonal relationship building skills to effectively up sell products and services
•Develop and administer customer surveys and analyze the results
•Develop newsletter for specific systems (e.g. ehrWISE)


Essential Skills
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
•3+ years experience with customer relations management or customer service
•Strong customer-service skills
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
•Excellent in conflict resolutions
•Ability to conduct research into customer relations management and tools
•Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
•Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•Willing to travel
•Experience in public relations
•Healthcare experience preferred
