Candidate for this job requires good communication skills as customer interface is critical. Must have previous pump mechanic experience with split case multistage pumps, barrel pumps, vertical pumps, and process pumps. Must be capable to install, set up and start up pumps at customer site. Any vibration or system experience in troubleshooting field problems a plus. Must own hand tools. Travel is a requirement of the job A strong machine shop background is important to this job. Computer skills are necessary to complete expense and field reports.
