Document Control Coordinator/Quality Assurance Clerk
For Great Company in Watsonville Full Time, Possible Long Term $14 - $16 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of Document Control, including generation, distribution, and auditing of controlled documents, maintenance of electronic directories, tracking and reporting on document review progress
- Assign document numbers according to established schema
- Manage archival activities for controlled documents
- Collaborate with others on technical subjects to prepare controlled documents
- Review and proofread documents for accuracy and consistency of format
- Effectively follow SOPs, policies and cGMPs
- Provide support ensuring cGMP compliance in all areas of the company
- Participate in product inspection and disposition process
- Other projects as needed
Requirements:
- Knowledge of good documentation practices
- Excellent communication, prioritization and organizational skills
- Accurate and professional writing skills are a must
- Analytical problem solving skills with effective follow-through
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a positive, collaborative manner
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow instructions, meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work effectively and professionally with minimal supervision
- Ability to utilize multiple word-processing and database applications including MS Office (strong Excel skills), Adobe Acrobat, and Internet research skills.
- Experience in a professional office setting.
