Manage creative and production process of Direct Mail jobs, including catalogs, direct mail, and vendor mailers. Develop store training & event alerts for catalogs and Direct Mail. Budget and monitor co-op relative to Direct Mail and communicate with VP of Marketing and VP of Production. Partner with Database team to create targeted mailing lists and response analysis to the various vehicles. Communicate effectively with merchant teams about page allocations and plans. Prepare catalog turn-ins and work very closely with production to ensure timelines are adhered to, communicate any issues immediately. Prepare sales recaps of catalogs.
- Act as the key liaison with creative, production and vendors to assure jobs are completed accurately, on-time, in line with our brand guidelines, and in the most cost-efficient way.
- Collect co-op from the merchant team, track in Addept, firmly insisting on timeliness, alerting manager when issues arise.
- Manage the development of all catalogs and Direct Mail pieces used for store and merchant specific initiatives, including all vendor mailer. Manage all related budgets and estimates.
- Manage all store & call center communications including store training alerts, event directives, and CCA messaging & customer development tasks related to catalogs and Direct Mail
- Work with database team to ensure all jobs are set-up in a manner that allows for a measurable control. Maintain an up-to-date calendar of weekly/monthly jobs and request response analyses in a timely & ongoing manner. Identify programs that are/are not working and make recommendations for new/revised programs.
- Prepare Sales reports for all catalogs
