Description Position Title: Pricing Specialist
Job Category: Contracts Dept.
Location: Orlando, FL

We are looking for a Pricing Specialist with advanced Excel skills and will be responsible for providing compliant, accurate data for RFP's and to perform pricing research to support the company's sales strategies.

Job Description:
  • Goal is to meet all due dates while achieving a 100% compliance
  • Pricing out proposals and contracts, as well as preparing rates and submitting them to DCAA for audit
  • Also lead DCAA audits and other audits on the rates
  • Independent performance of professional accounting and contracts tasks required, as well as maintaining the pricing schemes.

    Responsibilities:
  • Prepares and maintains rates for billable positions
  • Performs heavy research to identify specific labor categories
  • Prepares and maintains indirect rates
  • Prices RFP and proposals for Government business
  • Work closely with Account Managers on pricing strategy
  • Other pricing related projects and tasks

    Accountabilities:
  • Researched data must be 100% accurate for RFP
  • Back-up documentation to be 100% Compliant
  • Complete pricing to meet 100% of all due dates
    • Requirements Qualifications Needed:
  • Must have proven advanced Excel skills
  • 3-5 years Government pricing of services required
  • Experience working with different contracts T&M, Cost Plus or Firm Fixed Price
  • Experience in CAS, FAR, and DFAR standards, preferably in a DOD environment
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred
  • DelTek CostPoint and/or UnaNet experience is plus
  • Market research using INPUT a plus
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized with a keen sense of focus
  • Ability to meet required goals under tight deadlines in a stressful environment
  • Must be assertive and able to turn requests around quickly
  • Must have good communication skills and be able to work with Account Managers on pricing strategies
